...I wonder????

So... I lied about the next post would probably be me posting what Goober #2 is...but there's something I wanted to share.
We all hate waiting to know what the little one is...right?? Or unless you are one of those strong/patient people who can wait til' Delivery Day. That's not me at all...
I have heard about this test. You can test as early as 10 weeks. I know... wow. I have watched Video's (on YouTube; the DOCTOR SHOW segment one) about this and read about this product. There is a good thing about this, if it is as accurate as it says, and there is a bad side to this. Doctor's think that some may take this test really hoping for a certain gender, and if it's the opposite they might 'abort' the pregnancy; which is REALLY unbelievable (to put it nicely) THAT people would do this. Doctor's are also afraid, that if this is as accurate as it states, that in some countries they are really picky about genders and will use this in a negative way, again...ABORTION.
I'm not one of those people AT ALL. I am one who does not care what it is. I just would like to know. I am pretty tempted to take this test before the Ultra Sound to see how accurate it is... I found out that they sell it at WALGREEN's in Rock Springs for $29.99 + Tax. It's not the most expensive thing on earth, but I know I could put that money to better use...
What do you think about this PRODUCT??? Should I take it?? Or just wait???

HAppY VaLENtinES DaY!!!

THIS PICTURE SAYS IT ALL :) Kris, Declan any myself celebrated Valentine's Day on Saturday, 13th. We went to Rock Springs. We went right to the movie at 12:30pm AVATAR. It was pretty good. Long, but good. Declan actually did quite well and enjoyed it. He didn't wear the 3D glasses, but neither did I really. I mostly watched it without them; which didn't bother me.
Then after the movie we went to K-mart, and Kris bought me Mario Bros. Wii game. It's really fun. We played it once we got home after everything...Declan "joined" too with a remote that was off so he could feel like he was playing :) We yelled and screamed and laughed a lot. That's why I love Mario Bros. It's just so fun and a classic game that can never get old.
After K-Mart, we went to Golden Corral. It was really good actually. We didn't know what we were in the mood for, and a buffet seemed to fit the moment (which this really sounds good right now). Declan especially loved it because he got a whole plate stacked of black olives :) Got soup of coarse, and fries. It was a perfect meal for the little Goober.
It was a fun day... I love my husband and son very much. They keep me going and make me laugh when I do not want to...but it's just not on Valentine's Day that I should express this, I hope they both know that I would do anything for them. I love my Valentine's VERY MUCH!!!

I got Goober a Valentine Giraffe named Kissy. Some M&M's...and the Movie "UP"
I woke him up Sunday morning and said, "Hurry you got a present." He looked at me weird and said, "Presents??" and it clicked and he jumped up and said, "Hurry Mom!" So I took him to the couch. He looked and went straight for the M&M's, go figure. Then he saw the Movie and went "Wow."...then saw the giraffe and said, "Oooo...neat." He has the best reactions to gifts. I just love it...
Then, Kris was already up on the computer and I told him that he has something on the couch, of coarse he knew what I was up too. I got him Gummy Bears, a Hasting Gift Card, the movie "Goonies", a Card, Reese's, and a Necklace with a arrow head on it.
He thought I did not get anything for him, so it was nice to see his face :)
I also became an Aunt again, on Valentine's Day. Sam and Laura, Kris's oldest brother, had their baby girl on Sunday. She's quite the cutie. 8lbs. 5oz. and 21 inches long. She's a chubb and healthy. I have not got to meet her yet...but I'm sure I will soon.
CONGRATS SAM and LAURA on your little VALENTINE!!!
Well, now I'll give a baby update. I last went to the doctor on the 10th of this month. She was trying to get the heartbeat, but would get it for like two seconds and it would move. So she just said, "Let's just look at it." I got to see the baby!! :) It was so cute a little, and I got teary eyed looking at it. It is just amazing. I did not see what it was, don't worry--Kris wasn't there either so that wouldn't have been fair. I teased my doctor though, "So, can you tell what it is?" She smiled and said, "Oh no, it's too early and I'm not lookin'." She's funny. I was 17 weeks then, and she probably could get an idea of what it was, but... The first thing we saw was it's back bone, and she said, "Wow. That's a really straight back." Made me feel good. I did see two arms and two legs. It kicked me quite a bit and was a mover for sure. I am starting to feel it move more and more; which I really love. Just reassures me that "I'm here mom." :)

My next appointment is on March 12th, and this is when we hopefully find out what it is!!! I am so excited. I really hope the little one cooperates because I do not want to wait any longer. I have a poll on the top right, if you haven't guessed already or voted...it's just for fun. I do not care what it is...I just want it over due and healthy :)

Next post will probably be me announcing what it is!!!

Baby Boy!

January 28th, 2010
At 11:18pm
7 lbs. 4 oz. 19 inches
Little Asher Chase E. Came into this world. He was just 5 days early of due date February 2nd. He is the second grandchild on the Ellsworth's side. I was lucky enough to go down on Saturday, the 30th to see him, Chase, and Brooke. They were actually waiting for me to get there at the hospital, because they were already able to go home. So I was able to see them leave and take the baby home with them as well.
Here are a few pictures that I have of him. I waited all night to see what he was going to look like. That is such an exciting part to see their little faces and to have him here!!
WELCOME TO THE FAMILY ASHER!!!

Just a few minutes after being born...

Looks so much like his mommy Brooke in this picture :)

I took this right when they were about to put him in his car seat to go home. All of his clothes were way big on him, but still cute!!
Declan did really well with it all. At first he was trying to make me hold him, not the baby...but we kept telling him Asher's name and making him say it. He kept saying, "Awe... Baby Asher."

Just could not be more grateful and humbled that everything turned out okay...

He's perfect and healthy...

He has AMAZING PARENTS...

Can't wait to see him grow...

I love you Asher!!

CONGRATS CHASE AND BROOKE!!

*Love you both*

Kris, Declan and myself went to Manila to my Aunt and Uncle's house on Christmas Eve. We ate yummy Food, Egg Nogg, and just visiting. Well, all of sudden my mom says, "Guess where Declan just was found." I said, "What? I thought you were watching him." Dez found him in the dryer. Holly was airing it out, and he decided to climb in... WHAT A GOOB!! Pictures speak for themselves (thanks Dez for taking them) hahahhaa!!!

We woke up Declan to open a few presents, yes, I woke him up. I know soon that will be the opposite of my kids waking me up... but it was just fun to see his face and try his new toys and tell him he can finally open all that was under the Tree for so long that he COULDN'T TOUCH...
We spent Christmas Day at Kris's parents home here in Green River, WY. It was fun and relaxing. I love Kris's family... and love spending time with them. We of coarse ate a yummy dinner. Turkey, and finger food galor. My favorite. I can eat that stuff all day long. We also busted out the Wii :)

Declan got a Lightning McQueen Power wheel from Grandma and Grandpa E... He's not quite the best driver in the world, but he's getting it for a 2 year old...Declan still not awake, thus the yawn. I had to wake him up... and it looks like Kris and Declan were both visited by the hair fairy while sleeping...ahahhaa!!!
Kris and his Under Armor he loves so dearly...

I bought Declan a McQueen CD player. He loves it, and it's so nice just to put music on at bedtime and let him fall asleep to music...

Truth Be Told...

I'M PREGNANT!!!
We are excited, nervous, scared, and definitely SURPRISED!!!
I have been calling this one our sneaky baby... and here's why:
--Stopped taking pills in June
--Bleed only for 2 days in August
--Nothing in September
--Nothing in October
This is was not normal for me. I'm pretty regular. So I was thinking something was wrong and I needed to go to the doctor. Well, I went on November 6th, 2009-Friday. They took my blood and made me go get an ultra sound on my ovaries. I did not get the results, since it was the beginning of a weekend. I finally got the results Tuesday, 10th. I talked to the nurse and she said, "Well, umm... your blood came back 'normal', pregnancy test negative. And, umm...but...we found a LARGE MASS on you right ovary...and we don't know what it is. Could be backed up fluid, cyst, and maybe... So, we need you to come in for a cat-scan. Is that okay?" I started crying. Automatically thought the worst since she played around it *CANCER*(even though my blood came back 'normal'). So, I had many things run through my head. I told Kris, "What if it is Cancer and I can't have anymore kids." Kris reassured me, "We'll just have to get this taken care of...and if you can't have anymore kids, we'll adopt."
So I went in the next day, 11th. My doctor is now in Evanston Wyoming, Dr. Evans. I really feel comfortable with her, and I trust her. So, I did all that yucky stuff for cat-scan's. Drank digusting stuff before the cat-scan... they gave me an 'IV'. Did all that, got the results the next day. Whatever it was on my right ovary went away, but I had a small cyst on my left ovary which she said, "We saw it on the ultra sound before the cat-scan, and it's now smaller, so it's going away." So you could say I was relieved!
The next day, we had a Volleyball game. I was sore, tired, but oddly enough (sorry to get graphic) my boobs hurt!! BAD! I did not think anything of it. Just thought my body physically and emotionally have been through a lot, so maybe that's why they hurt. Well, 5 days later, the 17th they were STILL hurting. So, I just decided, "What the hay, I'll take a pregnancy test."... IT WAS POSITIVE!!
What??!!!?!?!!!?? I can't be. How can I be?? I just had a test done the 6th...?? I haven't had a period since August....??? . . . Then it hit me--> CRAP!! I just had all that crap done to me. Gross stuff I had to drink, and a CAT-SCAN! I probably hurt the baby!! So I called Kris crying.
So then I called my doctor/nurse and told them what was going on. She was as surprised as me, and told me to go up to the Castle Rock Clinic to get blood taken to see how far along I am. I got the result the next day, the 18th, and my HCG Levels were 3,000+ already. So I got an appointment on the 25th for my first pregnancy appointment.
Dr. Evans came in and said, "You like to be the fun, interesting, difficult patient don't you?", All while smiling. I said, "Umm. No, I'll let someone else take that job...but I guess I got hired without even knowing." She did an ultra sound to measure to see exactly how far along I was.. since WE DEFINITELY HAD NO CLUE. So, she looked and said, "Definitely an Angel Baby there...and you are SIX WEEKS." So, that meant I got pregnant in October...somehow?? :)
So, then she says, "I do not know why the first blood test didn't detect it in the first place?? Probably did not implant yet. Do not worry about all the cat-scan and such. I bet you have been worrying about that. There are plenty of ladies who HAVE to have cat-scans while pregnant...so it's fine. Everything looks good. Saw the heart beat. The baby is where it's supposed to be. Everything looks great."
SOOOOOOO.... Yeah, SURPRISE!! I gotta say, I'm blessed above and beyond. I'm scared, nervous, happy, excited...scared. I can't help but think of the "what-if's", and what all happened with Declan. I talked to my doctor about my previous kiddo, since she was not my doctor, so she did not know what had happened. How he was 5 weeks early. Life flighted. Almost lost him. Stayed in the Hospital for a month.
She was looking at me and I just looked at her and said, "I am excited. If I'm supposed to have another kid, and be surprised like this, then I'm supposed to have this baby like this... but I just DO NOT want another early baby. That's what I'm nervous about." She said, "You know. Things like that just happen. Happen for no reason, or maybe you had an infection that wasn't caught...and that's why your water broke early. I understand...but I'll take care of ya."
She really made me feel good...
Like I said, I am blessed. I haven't quite grasped what is going on. Sure I have had a kid before and know what to expect, but pregnancy is just an amazing thing, a miracle. Declan is going to be a wonderful big brother. He is such a good son to us. So loving, caring, fun, entertaining... just a good kid. So glad he was given to us...and fought to be with us. I am lucky without a doubt!
I just pray for a healthy baby...strong baby...and a OVER DUE baby...

My Sweet Baby is 2!!!!

Well, My darling little Goober is 2 today... I get pretty chocked up on his birthday. I can not believe that it is even possible how time has flown. How much he has changed in two years. How much he has grown in two years. How he continues to bless our lives EVERYDAY by just the simple things in life. I can not imagine not having Declan in our lives. He definitely will make anyone smile on a bad day. He humbles me. He brings me back from earthly troubles, and makes me realize what we are really here on earth for. FAMILY. The GOSPEL. To grow. To learn. To never give up... which he has shown in his first month of life. He did not give up. Heavenly Father gave him strength to not give up, and to be here with us. He is so loving and caring. Sometimes I just stare at him and think, "Did I really help make this precious little guy?" It truly is the best thing on EARTH to be a parent, to be a MOM...
Here are some pictures of his birthday party yesterday with the family and friends... and some that I took today
